A little late but I'll tell you how: [I hope the creator of the Preset does not mind my explanation of how to apply it.]
1) Install reshade
a) Clic in Browse b) Select "ReadyOrNot-Win64-Shipping" "Steam\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Binaries\Win64"
c) clic in Open and clic Next d) Choose Microsoft DirectX 10/11/12 and clic next e) Clic Next or skip f) I guess just use the one that is checked by default. "SweetFX" g) clic in next & click on finish
2) Copy the 4 files [.ini] and paste them.. in: "Steam\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Binaries\Win64"
3) Open the game
a) In-game, press key "HOME" (Skip tutorial) b) Where show "ReshadePreset" clic choose one of 3 files c) once you have chosen the one you want to use, click on "Select" d) enjoy the preset.
NOTE: to toggle on/off preset, go to the "settings" tab and where it says "Effect toggle key". I recommend to set the "Num /" key
