Delete all the original lines in the original folder then put all the Mod's lines in that folder. It'll ensure no Vanilla lines play. Hope this helped someway
Thanks for working on this, as this gets updated I may start modifying my folders again once that happens as I used to have a pretty cool mix of default and SWAT4 lines I custom picked, deleting duplicates and muted lines and replacing them with more lively ones etc. It adds a lot of immersion when you get the voices exactly how you like. Though I gotta say the home invasion standard lines are impressive. I heard someone mention the teammate voice lines aren't working is that the case for other people too?
I have Andrew Taronne suspect lines from Children Of Taronne Tenement, no idea if they still work though they were old their also still posted on nexus. Big Smoke voice lines from GTA SA funny enough actually worked well with suspects too and was fitting for Gas Station suspects stuff like that, African American suspects.
I am the creator of a mod called Silent Mods, and one of the options removes TOC's mission intro voice lines. The file is called TOC (No Intro Lines), and it's basically just muted versions of the original mission intro voice lines. Since the SWAT 4 TOC VO doesn't have mission intro voice lines, I permit adding those muted versions to your SWAT 4 TOC mod, if you want, so the vanilla TOC voice doesn't speak at the start. Great mod, I'm sure people people will appreciate the SWAT 4 nostalgic voices.
