For active shooters, all officers (SWAT, patrol, etc) all respond to put down the threats. Warrants, etc, can be served by uniformed officers. You could argue for the lore of the game that SWAT is overwhelmed with calls and have trained patrol officers as quick response units.
could u add a badge to the normal tactical swat belt, not for this i just mean as an idea for another mod? it would be really sick to go with fbi hrt or something
