Would be fun a mode where AI is almost deaf (since they literally hear you through the entire map it seems sometimes) and not full of enemies, just about 40%, so we can go stealth hunt on them. I tried to go stealth with this, but as soon I kill the first enemy (or when they see me from 100m away ¬¬ ) they all go full blast on me.
So a stealth hunting mode would be nice, I didn't found something like this over all the other AI mods tho.
Definitely fun, I just wish evidence still gave points. Dead suspects also appear to only give 5 points still, so pretty much all missions end with TOC yelling at you and a E/D rank (mainly the evidence's fault though). Not major, but you definitely aren't getting any S ranks with this mod.
yeah it seems compatible so far. I don't know about suspect count though. Arsenal's active AI has 38 on Gas, 50 on Neon Tomb, 70 on Relapse, and 83 on Port
This mod specifically does not max out the suspect count. This is to avoid unneeded chaos and give a more classic Tom Clancy style to it. There are tons of more AI mods that max out suspects but this one does not. Also, I just updated the mod. You don't need No Mercy for Terrorists anymore. This mod has its own ROE changes.
Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to somehow reduce the number of suspects on our end? I would assume it's controlled by some value in the pak file but I have no idea how to edit it. Love the mod btw, just finding the amount of enemies a bit overwhelming at times haha. P.S. I second the guy below me who said you should put traps back in, if you ever update this/wanna make a different version ;)
There's a huge Rainbow Six Vegas terrorist hunt type of feeling to the game with this mod on, I love it. The suspects pose a very good challenge without being completely broken.
yes for me made the game actually match the tone of the setting and improved on the swat formula, while also leaning into rainbow six before it got esported.
The mod seems broken at the moment. Probably got rushed too early for the DLC update...
I see everyone who joins my game will get kicked out mid-game for no reason at all. Also the mod itself completely isn't working (at least on the new DLC maps I tried). There's no increased number of suspects at all.
None. Then again I'm really not sure since it's hard to tell if there's more suspects or not. I tried in the first two maps and there were large swathes of areas completely empty of enemies.
Before that I did use a few mods by Unselle though since he's the only mod author who has released some new mods for the updates and those worked fine. What confused me was that he said to put the .pak folder in a new Mods folder.
The game should read all of the files regardless of what sub-folder you put them in as long as it's in the paks folder. All of the maps should have at least 20+ suspects if the mod is working. some maps have hardcoded limits so it may not be 35. I can't give an exact count until in-game menu gets updated.
Just tried the newest version. Yes it seems to be working now. Not sure if civies are meant to be present but the suspect numbers do seem visibly higher. Thanks for the fix!
I would like to ask if you could kindly make a mod that keeps both civ and sus at their original number, just slower reaction time with better aim? thanks.

Edit: what other mods are you using?
