    what does this mod do? Nothing explainted in desc. Any video?

      It changes basically everything. Which is right in the Name xD
      Anyway, there is an INI-File that contains every detail of the changes.

      As i stated, that this mod is not usable in the Singleplayer – it's safe to say it modifies anything but the SWAT AI. Meaning Suspects and Civilians.
