   I tried this mod out in singleplayer but the suspect count never got anywhere near 25. Is it because i have other AI mods active, such as Civilians Surrender, No fast strafe and Military Tactical from the Here I Come bundle? I really want more suspects on the map, without being one tapped.

   Will this interfere with other a.i. mods or does this simply add more suspects?
