i'm pretty sure the update overwrote the existing voicelines and added new toc lines as well. you can reinstall but there will be gaps until yuuka can come back into the recording booth to voice the rest of toc's new lines
This is actually really helpful for my Japanese friends who don't understand English well, I don't have to keep translating to them what the objective is now.
