From what I can tell, this mod still works in version 1.0 but the sound effects associated with arresting (zipcuff sounds, whacking suspects over the head, etc.) are gone for some reason.
Is there a bug where NPCs to be frozen in surrender pose after arrest, rendering it impossible to complete the mission, short of killing them, maybe specifically or especially when other players do the arrest?
Wish at least this was reliably possible for other players arrests, trying to explain to them does not always work, and is too tedious as it happens constantly.
