   Helmets are not changing at all. I want the glowsticks on my helmets ^^

   lol I thought it said Metro state. Now that is a Special unit I would love to see as a officer skin.

   Every time i download a armed swat or a reskin to it, it doesn't work. When i download this, character look overrider, and armed swat LSPD the textures are all grey and messed  up. When i download this, character look overrider, and Armed swat Common, nothing changes.

      download and enable the vest fix/retexture mod. it should be the most popular mod in outfits, it fixes those glitches for most outfits. a lot of skins  haven't been updated for the adam update yet tho
