it will not overwrite the settings of the included fsr 1.0, it will overwrite the dlss instead(it will still work if you don't have a dlss ready card, and dlss setting will pop up)
I figured out a way to use this mod with AMD cards. Follow the instructions provided by Game Guides: https://playgame.tips/ready-or-not-dlss-unlocker-fsr-20
The key issue is this mod does not provide "winmm.dll" which is a file that bypasses the Nvidia graphics card requirement i.e. a DLSS unlocker. You can actually get the file from Goghor who created the DLSS unlocker for No Man's Sky. You can find it here: https://www.nexusmods.com/nomanssky/mods/2485
I suggest LakosLevi to ask permission from Goghor to add the .dll file thus the mod can be used with both Nvidia and AMD graphics cards.
Did you get an error message? it could be related to the newest patch. It stopped working for me at least after installing the new patch, however I did get an error message (Don't remember what it said unfortunately). Tbh on my rx570 this FSR mod didn't do much. It made the image significantly sharper but I had no boost in performance, and actually in some instances I had fps drops. Can't say for everyone but for me the sharpness wasn't worth the ghosting issues and drops in fps.
anything we shouldn't use mod wise? just installed it and got a crash after massive shoot out but seemed to help fps. do i need to disable/activate reg every time i wanna play or one time run
below the FSR settings there is DLSS that you can scroll up or down. i used DLSS ultra performance. but you cannot use both FSR+DLSS you can only use DLSS or FSR
Unfortunately I have the same issue. I didn't have FSR turned on to begin with, I switched to DX12 but there is still no DLSS under Advanced Graphics settings. I made sure that the registry file made the required changes and that I've correctly installed the files, but nothing DLSS related appears.
Check out a program on steam called "Lossless Scaling" you can basically upscale any game/program using it. There are guides on youtube on how to get it to work. I used it on Ground Branch not long ago and it works great! I suggest paying for it as its only a few bucks and you get many more types of scaling which look even better than just the one the free version offers.
Add in game menu mod.. didnt see conflicts Ill recheck then disable sig and remove then replace it and run again to see if it just needs enabling after the menu mod... any other pointers or anyone else have it disappear.. the menu mod list has every other mod except that one listed and the extra slider disappeared from in game adv graphic menu.
Read the instructions. This doesn't count as a mod and it won't show up in the mod list. It just modifies the game files so that the dlss option(which is replaced by fsr 2.0) appears in the game settings.

So this mod only works if you have directx 12 enabled in Ready or Not, and sadly this only works with Nvidia Cards.
If you want to use this with and AMD card us this mod instead: https://www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/1953
I will update this when I have some time.
Bye

Something was wrong.
A shame not a single FSR-like mode for Fallout 4 exists, given the sorcery the guys in that modding scene does...........
