So this map totally works, I think it's great, the only problem I have with it (it seems unique, I have no idea why but I've searched these threads and tried pretty much everything listed) is that I can't see the pillars inside the building! Everything else works, no crashes, loads pretty quickly, AI spawn in just fine and seem to use doors with no issues, but there are no pillars in the building! I don't know why they're all invisible, but maybe someone can give me some idea as to why this might be the case? Thanks in advance
I need help. When i load this map it shows swat vehicle with squad npcs invisible but their uniforms are visible and then the game just crashes. What is this? my version is 4----- something
https://www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/3154/?tab=files Make sure you also have this mod downloaded as well along with the corresponding world gen data. Hope it works with no issues.

5. Move the world gen files to the SaveGames folder - This should be in X:\Users\SOMENAME\AppData\Local\ReadyOrNot\Saved\SaveGames by default (where X is a drive letter [usually C], and SOMENAME is your username) - You should see other .sav files here - Remember to unzip after downloading, you should be copying a .sav file, not a .rar/.zip
6. Rename the world gen files to the following format: MAPNAME_WorldGen_VERSION.sav (where MAPNAME is the name of the map, and VERSION is the version number) - This is necessary because Ready or Not does not appear to detect the worldgen files in the old naming standard (worldgen_NotSoConvenient_XXX.sav) - The naming standard provided in this post is accurate at the time of writing, and may change with future Ready or Not releases. If this changes, you can find out the new format by generating world data for another working map, looking in the folder for that map's data, and following that format instead. - At the time of writing, the version number is: 42473 - The map names should be: NotSoConvenient_Day, NotSoConvenient_Night, NotSoConvenient_Xmas respectively - An example filename (for the Xmas version, version at time of writing) is: NotSoConvenient_Xmas_WorldGen_42473.sav - If you do not see the .sav file extension when renaming the file, or in other files, this simply means you do not have "show file name extensions" on in Windows Explorer. This is fine, simply disregard (and do not type) .sav when renaming
so, as most people mention the game crashes to desktop when loading in. From what I've read it seems you need to install two other mods to get this one to work with the new update. however i would like some help as to where i put the worldgen folder. its a .SAV file and don't know what folder to look in. any info would help thanks!
Bit of a late reply, but I just managed to get this map working myself. The folder where you should put the worldgen files is X:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\ReadyOrNot\Saved\SaveGames (where X is a drive letter, probably C, and USERNAME is your username). However, you do need to rename the worldgen files for it to be detected properly by Ready Or Not. I talked about this in a bit more detail in the post I just made (https://www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/1581?tab=posts#comment-136527945), but the new format (currently) is NotSoConvenient_XXX_WorldGen_42473.sav. XXX is the version of the map (Day, Night, or Xmas), and 42473 is the current version number.
I've managed to get this map working for me through a number of steps, which I'm posting in a large amount of detail on the off chance that it helps someone else out. I'm not guaranteeing that this will work for your setup, nor that all steps are necessary (I tried numerous separate things which ended with a working install, I did not go through and reverify exactly which steps are necessary). Thanks to everyone else who made posts here.
1. Download the 1.1.1 version of the maps (under Old Files) - NOT the latest releases (2.0, under Main Files), those did not work for me
2. Download the Legacy AI Spawn Fix and Legacy Door fix from Legacy Modded Maps Door Fix - https://www.nexusmods.com/readyornot/mods/3154/?tab=files - These are likely necessary based on what other people have said, however I have not tried removing this mod after getting everything working
3. Install both Not So Convenient, and the Legacy fixes as you would any other mod. - I, personally, used Vortex; however, this should still work with manual installation (move the Pak files to the Paks folder in Ready Or not, I won't be covering this as it's pretty standard)
4. Download the world gen files for the maps (under Optional Files) - I am not sure if these world gen files are necessary for the map to work. When I did not install them, I managed to get past the CTD (crash) during loading at ~5s remaining, and the game appeared to be generating the world just fine. I did not wait for this to complete, however, and instead quit and downloaded the world gen files. - As a result, I recommend downloading the world gen files anyhow to be safe, and to save time anyway.
7. Launch Ready Or Not, select the map, and cross your fingers...
I've played on the Day and Xmas versions of the map, and can confirm they worked for me. I did not play on Night; however, it's likely these steps will work for that version as well. I will note that on the day version of the map, there was an irritating buzzing sound in various locations throughout the map (purely guessing, I think they are coming from the lights on the map) -- this sound is not present in the Xmas version, not sure about Night.
If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties, leave a reply. I'll try to help you out if I see the message; however, I'm not an expert on this by any means.
I know a lot of people like this map and want it to work again.

download "Legacy AI Spawn Fix" and "Legacy Door Fix" it definitely works. But swat team doesn't do 100% command(maybe 98%???) and If you turn on the flashlight, the frame rate littlebit drops

Edit: I'm using the most recent version of the mod.
