You can't use it anymore, the M4A1 is gone

  Use the Gunfighter Device mod, it returns the M4A1 and keeps the MK18, and even adds a three banger, nine banger, frag grenade, you get to have a lethal sidearm and a taser, and a whole host of other stuff.
