This is a quick mod based on my suggestion when I first started playing. This is for those worried about reaching Sylva/Sylva Interchange and not having enough water to return to Dillsboro.
This mod will conflict with my Sylva Interchange; you can remove the conflictWith within the definitions if you want to continue using this with my interchange.
