Was wondering what exactly does this do? I understand it adds speed limits etc but does that mean AE will be generally moving slower on these lines or actually faster now they have correct speed limits?
AE will go slightly slower in most cases b/c of the speed limits. It also does away with a lot of the 30-35-30-35-30-35-30 etc. It also makes other minor tweaks, like moving whistle posts, such that at track speed, most whistle posts are 20 seconds away from the crossing. This is included here largely for completeness of the mod pack.
