TE114 (electric locomotive, 114th model) is a Soviet single—section single-turbine diesel locomotive produced by the Voroshilovgrad (Lugansk) Diesel Locomotive Plant. The locomotive was designed to operate at ambient temperatures from -15 to + 50 °C, with increased dust content, including in tropical climates
In total, during the Soviet period, more than 256 TE114 diesel locomotives were produced, of which only 2 of the first experimental and 14 production vehicles were intended for operation on Soviet railways with a gauge of 1520 mm, the rest of the locomotives were intended for a gauge of 1435 mm and were exported to countries with hot climates. In 2003, a deep two—turbine modernization of the TE114 with a wagon-type body and an upgraded cabin and equipment, the TE114I, was created for Iraq; a total of 30 such locomotives were produced.

- License Grant
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. - Permissions
You are permitted to:- Modify the
Definition.jsonfile as needed to meet the requirements of technical specifications (ТТХ), other railway companies, color schemes, or naming conventions. - Add elements to the 3D model using other modifications (e.g., LegoDecos) as long as these additions do not violate any other terms of this Agreement.

- Restrictions
You may not:- Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Product.
- Publish, distribute, or share the Product in any form without prior written consent from the Licensor.
- Modify or create derivative works based on the Product (other than as permitted in Section 2) without prior written consent from the Licensor.
- Ownership
The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights. - Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies in your possession. - Limitation of Liability
The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Product. - Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [USA/Russian Jurisdiction].
