    Now it looks closer to Rage 1. Thank you bro!

    Awesome! Finally a real post apocalyptic looking game. The vanilla looks like the chief designer was on lsd. Well done, ty for sharing!

    Been using this since yesterday in multiple play sessions. First mutie den was utterly amazing. Some super dark corners and foul vibes from the place, which was perfect! In testing it I would switch off the effects, and there's no way I could go back to vanilla now. If you want a great looking game without all the mud-covered screen, and deep pits filled with foulness instead of vanilla, this is the Reshade to use.

      Exactly! A true post apocalyptic experience, that's the idea of this mod.
      I'm glad you liked. Have fun!

    Loved the look of the first rage game and this definitely is the closest you're going to get to that dark feel. Great mod

      Same. Was pretty disappointed with how they were portraying the game, all bright and neon like. Barely looks like a post apocalypse type game. Just bought the game on sale and this will definitely help make the game feel like the first one.

      Games love to blur the living hell of things, and then their chosen color scheme can make it very tiresome to look at over time. Trying this out!

    So, I've never actually commented on anything on Nexus but I just wanted to say thank you. I was just looking for a good reshade to get rid of the weird grey film most games have for some stupid reason and the removal of all the pink plus the darker tone really made the game give more a rage 1 vibe in aesthetic but the better gameplay of 2. I hope you see this, once again thank you.

    Hi for some reason its not working for me. I have installed ReShade, unpacked your files to my RAGE2 folder, and have the NoMorePink ini selected in ReShade

    In game, i can see that Reshade is working and that NoMorePink is selected, but all is still; pink :-(

    Can this be because of older GPU drivers ? Im running Nvidia Gefore GTX 1070

    ** update .. i have completely removed my drivers, cleaned with driversweeper and installed latest driver .. still all is pink..

      Hi!

      Please let me know what values you have in Reshade.ini:

      [GENERAL]
      EffectSearchPaths=
      and
      TextureSearchPaths=

      Mine are:
      EffectSearchPaths="Rage 2 game path"\reshade-shaders\Shaders
      TextureSearchPaths="Rage 2 game path"\reshade-shaders\Textures

      Hi i have this in Reshade.ini:

      EffectSearchPaths=H:\Bethesda.net Launcher\games\RAGE 2\reshade-shaders\Shaders

      TextureSearchPaths=H:\Bethesda.net Launcher\games\RAGE 2\reshade-shaders\Textures

      But for some reason, it looks like Reshade is not starting at all now, because i dont see the FPS, or settings of Reshade when ingame.
      (it was working before)

      What do you advise me to do ?

      You have to enable Vulcan during installation of reshade. You have little shield in the botom of installation window (enable/disable Reshade in Vulcan...) Click it during installation and enable reshade for Vulcan.

      Than just install reshade to main game folder, then delete folder created by installation called "reshade-shaders". After that unpack all Xtudo files to main game folder and You good to go.
      BTW thx XTUDO now RAGE 2 looks like it should be from the begining.
