Bridge Commander Mod (or BCMod for short) is a WIP overhaul mod intended to convert PULSAR Lost Colony into Star Trek Bridge Commander. PULSAR itself is a spiritual successor to Bridge Commander and Elite Force 2, all Star Trek Simulators that put Bridge Crew and Star Trek Online to shame. In the kickstarter trailer, the Intrepid Bridge shown has physical monitors housed at an angle inside which the ship screens are rendered. As of PULSAR Beta/Steam Release, these were replaced with holographic screens. Somewhere along the way, the holo-screen holographic projectors were removed from the Intrepid class, and its SC variant. Only the abandoned Intrepid still has its holoprojectors, but no projection effect. That, plus the move to cheap-looking vinyl-wood paneling instead of metal and the dumbing down of the graphics, has forced my hand. As part of the PULSAR Community Modding Team, I've taken it upon myself to restore the screens in all their glory. BCMod 0.0.10 features several types of monitors to augment those lonely, cartoonish floating holoscreens!
