i ran the game with only one file as instructed. but now, how do i play the game using a controller? it doesnt detect any input. i am running the controller using a cable.

Seconding this. Excellent work and an amazing effort. But finding a version that does not crash the game when the whole set is loaded would be ideal. Could the author attempt a batch resize to 2k and see if this does the trick?
This is the third time I've gotten an AI upscaled cutscene pack that's had *specifically* Lungfishopolis's intro just have no audio at all... is every single one on this site just using the same files over and over or something? If so can someone please upload a fixed version instead of the same version with the same problemsagain?

However, when I try to load the game with all the textures via TextMod, I always get a runtime error, surely because it takes too much time. It worked when I loaded only one, didn't try with two or three, is there a way to load everything at once with the package mode ?
I couldn't even load two at a time. Updated textures would be great for this game, but ultimately it's kind of pointless if only one area can be hi-res during a play session. Surely there must be some way to permanently load these texture packages?
What about Umod? there's another recent texture mod that utilizes Umod that's able to load its textures anywhere in the game. (that particular mod still has a while to go before all the game's textures are upscaled though)
you could've included this little detail in the description instead of letting people download the whole 1.6 gb and then find out it basically increases loading times thousand fold (you have to restart the game every time you change level)
