      The instructions on how to install the mod are in a text file that you get when you download the mod of course they could have just put them in the description but they didn't

      i know it's already too late, but try to run the Texmod as admin

      Just to add when you run as admin, make sure to change the permission type to all profiles, I ran as admin but I had to change permissions to all accounts apply then save and it worked for me.
