Adds a second seat with correct placement for WSO to the the F/S-15, no other edits outside of cockpit and seat placement. Third-person model only, if the first person's a problem at all, I can edit the model for that later. Incompatible with anything non-skin that changes any planes, I can patch it for other mods if anyone wants me to.
