This mod has ridiculous options of modifying your plane's capabilities. You have full access to modify all the multipliers by opening the .dtp in notepad or any text editor. Remember to change both the description and on the value floatProperty.
Example: "value": "FloatProperty:*1", Multiplies the set modification by 1.
