   Disregard earlier complaint, the option with all weapons unlocked lacked the stats, standard version is the terminator

   how do we even get this? does it unlock at the same time as the base plane, even though it's a completely new plane now?

   Is there a way to modify this to use another base plane? There's some skins for the PW I'd like to use with this.

   This is a good mod. My I ask how did you modifiy the aircraft's state? Because I would like to modifiy other aircraft's state.

      The aircraft stats are in a blueprint in the game files called DB_Aircraft. Easiest suggestion I can give is to jump into the modding channel of the PW Discord server as there's plenty of people there who can help you out.
      
      If it's a simple stats replacer, you can also let me know (on Discord would be best) and I might be able to put it together for you.
