This reply is late as hell but to anyone else wondering its changing the name of the speaker icon, pick one or pick the other not both (edit - I deleted one of the files so only the main one is available now)
This mod works great! My only real gripe is that there's no mission-specific dialogue to overwrite what Prez says on certain missions if you're using a two-seater or have the all two-seaters mod. I'd complain about the subtitles not reflecting what's said or missing bits of dialogue, but the base game does that enough already lol. Overall it's a Buddy/10, definitely recommending this to others I know that play the game.
From what the devs have said in discord, prez's lines will change/increase since they posted a picture with more voiceline files. I was planning to add subtitles to most of my mods that change galaxy/prez's speaker lines earlier, but it will most likely be after the update due to the changes. If you're interested I have already added subs for the Eagle Eye and Sky Eye mod.
