Nimble NPCs is a simple mod that will increase the base speed, acceleration and manoeuvrability stats of all NPC aircraft in the game (including the final mission).
There's also optional files included to increase or decrease the base health of all NPC aircraft to match.
Note that these changes affect friendly NPCs as well, not just enemies.
Compatibility
This mod should be compatible with most other currently available mods, but will not be compatible with any other mod that modifies the "DAirUnitNPC" table. If you're using Vortex, it will automatically detect any conflicting mods for you.
Notably (and obviously) this will not be compatible with Ironclad NPCs since it is basically it's opposite unless you are using Project Sicario Merger (PSM)
You can also create your own custom version of Nimble NPCs with a preset from the Project Sicario Builder.
Details
In general, this mod attempts to retain roughly the same relative ratio of each unit's performance stats while increasing them by 1.5x-2x. To keep things from getting absurd though, some high-tier aircraft are scaled up more gently. For reference, most aircraft will end up with 1.5x the agility and 2x the speed while top-tier aircraft (VX-23, F/S-15 etc) will have approximately 1.5x both numbers.
Note this mod will affect the final mission and will make it much harder to complete. You can always disable this mod when facing that enemy to give yourself a better chance.
There is also a Featherweight version included which will reduce NPC health to make securing kills on your newly slippery enemies easier. There's also a Madness option that will still massively increase agility and speed but also increase NPC health. Playing this option is a much tougher time.
Installation
I recommend installing with Vortex if you are not familiar with modding (and especially manual modding). To install manually, drop the pak file you want to use into the Content/Paks/~mods folder and make sure there's no other mods installed that edit the DAirUnitNPC datatable (only use one file).
