How to install:
Extract the folder, and then place the file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Progressbar95\Resources\art\skins\!MOD, only for 64-bit users. For 32-bit users, you have to go to Program Files.
After that, open Progressbar 95, go to Mods and then open PB 2 Warm 4. Enjoy playing the mods created by me!
