This is a difficulty enhancing/expansion size mod.
Limited saving, New weapons, New enemies, New mechanics and more fighting!

Permissions and credits
THIS MOD IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY OTHER MODS! IT OVERRIDES ALMOST EVERYTHING!
This mod adds new enemies, quests, ai, threats, and hazards to the game.

IMPORTANT!
-Set your FOV (field of view) to 100 or else some of the weapons and effects will not be centered.
-Whenever there is an update to the mod it is recommended to start a new game, as most changes will cause crashes in an existing savegame.
-This mod is meant to be played with all traumas and oxygen enabled so the new enemies can do their respective damage types and such.
-If updating this mod delete ALL previous files and then replace. DO NOT OVERWRITE, as this may lead to version mismatch and merging.
-Delete all 3 save game slots then go to users/user/saved games/Arkane Studios/prey/saved games and remove all save game data.
If the above is not done when updating or installing this mod, then some file merging may occur, resulting in crashes and unexpected behavior in the game.


-New quests added to the game-
You can accept bounty-style assassination quests from your office terminal. Accepting these quests will send you on randomly chosen side missions to destroy a special typhon on the station. The player will be rewarded for his efforts and this quest can be replayed as often as you like.
This is a great way (in the late game) to get your hands on some of the special unique guns in this mod.
After defeating the target head back to the office and check the nearby wall safe for the rewards.

-Alternate Dimension- (Being worked on.. Coming in version 2.0 of the mod)
There are now two dimensions in this game. The player can find devices around the maps to swap to the alternate dimension and explore...
This will change the map into an "evil" version of itself, allowing for greater rewards as well as greater danger.
You can move freely between the two dimensions, so long as you can make it back to the device.


-New solar storms ravage the station-
Solar storms will hit the station from time to time, creating strain on the magnetosphere and causing the lights to go out all over the station momentarily as well as letting in radiation in certain areas. Take cover away from large open rooms and windows to avoid exposure!
Do not get caught outside during these storms!
In the late-game these storms will also sometimes spawn special phantoms that will hunt you down... Be careful!


-Saving is disabled except in certain situations-
Morgans office - Autosaves everytime you visit
Cargo bay (where the crew is) - Autosaves everytime you visit
Alex's office - Autosaves everytime you visit
The game will also autosave when entering most new areas for the first time.
There is a new type of item called saving cards that will grant players a one-time consumable that can be used to save at security terminals.


-Randomized hazard locations and blocked passages-
Each map will have a set of pre-determined traps, poison gas filled rooms, unpowered doors and fabricators as well as blocked paths that will be procedurally selected upon entering a map. This will force the player to have to create new tactics and play differently then they are used to!


-Enemies now walk through loading zones-
Some enemies will wander through the entire station, walking through loading doors when you least expect them and flanking you and making encounters even more unpredictable.


-Some story items are now in randomized locations-
I took the time to place procedural locations for some essential items to spawn to.. Thus creating a small amount of exploration and refreshment to veteran players. Will the propulsion fabrication plans spawn in the kitchen? Will it be down by thadeus? Or will it possibly be held captive by a certain gloey snowman? You better get good at searching around...


-New enemy types-
Solar phantoms that cause radiation damage, blood phantoms that will cause bleed with their burst fire attack.
Cystoid phantoms that act as a mobile hive for cystoids, and chameleon phantoms that will turn invisible.
Fire and electric mimics and much more!


-New abilities for existing enemies-
Nightmares are insanely powerful now and have new attacks, Late-game mimics can fire projectiles and thermal phantoms have flamethrower attacks!
And more!


-Danielle sho survives-
After danielle helps morgan escape via the data vault she will come back inside the station and randomly wander around all the decks fighting typhon.
%chance values dictate which area she moves to and when.







--Unique weapons you can find on enemies--
Dual wield pistols
Dragon shotgun - Does additional fire damage
Apollo pistol - Increased base stats, unsilenced
Malevolence wrench - Does electrical stun damage when charged
Demonslayer toy crossbow - Its darts do damage to enemies
Behemoth shotgun - Fires explosive rounds
Helios gloogun - Its a flamethrower.. Enough said
Reckoning pistol - Damages and gloos enemies
Dual wield wrenches
And more!! (20+ new weapons as of version 1.6)





And additional various balance changes.
Too many changes to list here. Basically the game is more challenging in almost every aspect.
