   Not sure why but its not working for me. I am using Vortex mod manager. Just a couple other mods installed and they all seem to be working.

      Late answer, but have you tried manually copy/paste files in game folder as described? Never used vortex before, so can't verify is it because mod manager itself. Lastly and most likely; other mod you are using is editing ArkPostEffects.xml and it's overwriting settings made by this mod.
