   I just checked this out, but noticed that all your textures are .dds.
   As far as I know those are not loaded when using Ultra setting. The game, like Doom3 and Quake4 loads tga textures, while the dds ones are for lower graphics settings.

      Hi, i know this is a few months later, but I'm wondering if you remember this still being the case after using the preyconfig.cfg configuration settings mentioned in the description? Thanks

   well, replaying the game now that i have a better pc and monitor and this is exactly what was looking for
