Unfortunately doesn't seem to function atm! I bought two of them in Challenge Mode. That went all right, but when I went to place them, none of my staff would pick them up / put them in the habitat. Game thought they were 'in the zoo', but they were not. Tried sending them back to the Trade Center, but they would just get stuck forever in 'cancel move', wouldn't let me place them again. I bought a Eurpoean Badger and put it into the habitat to make sure it wasn't something else borked, but the badger placed fine. Tried restarting my game, they still wouldn't place. For right now, they are busted.
Are you playing sandbox or franchise? No modded animals appear in franchise. Also, do you have ACSE in your ovl folder?
If you have all the requirements satisfied, it could be the 1.14 update breaking it, but I haven't seen people saying that 1.14 breaks habitat animal mods.

Although now with the Wolverine out now, a remaster putting it on that Rig could be better.
