You probably installed it incorrectly. You need to put the 8-character folder (in this case "JWESpino") in the ovldata folder. The file that you downloaded is a .zip-file and contains all the mod files, but you need to extract them.
As a heads up I cannot select this species on the Education related items (Boards, Speakers, Talk Points). If there is a fix do please let me know and thank you in advance.

Even though prehistoric kingdom is good I like JWE dinos more due to growing up with those movies.
And Planet zoo is still far more developed that PK.
You trully are making history. Oncde you finish releasing all your mods I will make backup so I dont have the risk of any update fucking up the perfect balance that you helped achieving.
