    For the record, it crashes my game during the loading of my zoo (not cobra screen). I've tried redownloading twice. Maybe a compatibility issue with another mod I have in this zoo.

      Seems to crash my game as well when loaded up, I would list all the other mods I have but we'd be here all day (300+) however after several tests, all other mods seem just fine except this one. Even when tested with minimal mods installed just to test, More Languages, Planet Zoo+, and ACSE along with just the Wood Bison mod seems to make it crash when loading into a empty or new sandbox save. So I am unsure if it is a issue with the two core mods that most mods on PZ require, PZ+, or simply Wood Bison is broken. I did try updating, repairing, and redownloading, none of which fixed the mod.

    I think it's not compatible with Narwhaler's American Bison Remaster. At least my game is crashing when you adopt the Wood Bison.

      It seems to be working for me (red arrows are the bison remaster and the other three are wood bison). If you remove the American Bison Remaster does the game still crash when adopting a Wood Bison?

    Definitely not trying to pressure or anything, but any plans to update this for 1.9? Got a NA tundra section in my new zoo that I'd love to add this too!

    With 1.8 update it is being replaced by the American Bison. Hope you can fix it. I really like this mod.

    I tried having both Bisons in the same habitat - not a smart idea. just a heads up for anyone else thinking that might be a good idea!

    Though, perhaps, if you only have one sex of one of the species...

      elephants dont have interspeices anymore, but can still be in an habitat with zebras and what not, so no, that's not a sure thing.

    Is this the whole "bison" Wisent" thing? where they're basically the same animal but called different things?

      no this is a subspecies of the American Bison so don't worry yet lul

      Since bison are now assuredly within the genus Bos, there's a lot of debate about the status of wood bison. It's also possible that all bison are actually part of a single species, or a species complex like Galapagos tortoises.

    looks really nice, great job on this beast of a animal, amazing work!
