Requirements
Permissions and credits
Marco Polo Sheep
Ovis ammon polii

Marco Polo sheep hail from Central Asia, and make their home in high-elevation regions. Additionally, these sheep have the largest horns recorded of any wild sheep species! In your zoos they will enjoy living in large flocks and will make great use of rocky and rugged terrain. They require similar care and enrichment to other wild sheep species and are especially tolerant to cold temperatures.
