About this mod
Improves the texture and model quality of the Red Kangaroo to more current standards, and adds 2 additional common texture variants.

The first 2024 release! This mod includes improvements for Male, Female and Juvenile Kangaroo, model and texture have been improved in several ways.
Adult textures have been upscaled to a higher resolution and given additional detail specially on the face.
Facial model has been tweaked to be more realistic and defined, eyelashes have been multiplied to make them more abundant, ears are larger and snout and eye shapes are significantly different.
2 New variants have been added: Red fur (classic overall Red coloration, lighter ears and underside), and Red & gray fur (with Gray head and tail, darker ears), all variants have different snout markings, females ofc are all less saturated, with some being more grayish than others. This mod requires ACSE to work, it includes UI.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The official Red Kangaroo has some glitches on the adult male, these are official bugs therefore this mod has nothing to do with them, so take it into consideration before reporting them as issues on this mod, because I wont fix:
- Male will bounce/float on place while on standing pose.
- Male's eyes will pop off and move weird while resting.
It's recommended to use the Planet Zoo Plus mod for a better experience.

To install this remaster extract and place the folder in ovldata like a New Species mod, no file replacement needed! Requires ACSE.
