   I see this guys uses the giant otter for some things. Do you need the aquatic pack dlc for this to work? Currently I am not seeing these guys in franchise mode or are they restricted to sandbox? They work there.

   this mod in 5 years will have the "dinosaur" tag on the nexus and that is really sad.

      There is unfortunately no extinct tag so Dinosaur is what's used because whoever made the tags doesn't understand stuff or can't change it now.

   I think it's quite nice to have it immortalised somewhere. Although, I do hope we manage to keep it from extinction.
