   I already loaded 30 Modfiles today but only this file is blocked and marked as dangerous by Google Chrome.

      Hello :) hm maybe because it's directly a dll (not a zip)? With Firefox I have no problems downloading it.
      If you click on the green symbol (a checkmark symbol) to the left of the download you will see the virustotal.com page, if you are unsure.
      There are no problems.
