Lets you adjust the volume and pitch of the multitool drill sound

I find the drill sound in the game hard to listen to, so this mod aims to let the user tweak the sound by adding the following config variables:
MuteSound: false - Mute drill sound entirely
Pitch: 0.5 - Drill sound pitch (1.0 is vanilla)
Volume: 0.25 - Drill sound volume (vanilla is 0.4 I think)
To change these, run the game once with the mod installed, then edit BepInEx\config\aedenthorn.DrillSound.cfg.
To install this mod, first install BepInEx for Planet Crafter, then place the dll file in BepInEx\plugins.
You can use this tool to install BepInEx.
