Got the containers back up and running after it completely died with the pre-xmas update.
Added Ctrl+L (can be disabled/changed in config) to find and recover lost inventories. This will create a chest at your feet with all the items not associated to anything else. Once the items are removed from the chest, the chest will self-delete.
