First download and extract file

You will then need to go to the following directory and paste the folder and it's contents in the folder

C:\Users\(Username)\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Planet Coaster\76561198054021343\Saves

Open the game and you should find it in "My Blueprints" under the name Dovahkiin
