   what does this mod even do, i know its technically not a mod and just toolkit items but what is it?

   its not a working mod but some toolkit items :( 
   a .pcugc file is a toolkit item
   put it in C:\Users\<username>\OneDrive\Documenten\Frontier Developments\Planet Coaster\TMT
   Now you can use the toolkit items 
   (if you change .pcugc to a .zip you can see what is inside.)
