If you are willing to rest after every single encounter, PerRest abilities are factually PerEncounter. Let's do without the resting gimmick, and balance them around encounters. Less overhead and more fun!

After playing with it, I found myself relying a lot on certain really powerful abilities, I've changed them to Charged, instead of PerEncounter. I liked to play with the restrictions, but feel free to change it, or tweak the numbers! Instructions below.
In the mod you'll find folders, one for each category of items. Within these folders, every file's name is ITEM_NAME_ability_name. Simply open the file, and change the line "UsageType". Use "UsageType": "PerEncounter" to make an ability have a number of PerEncounter uses, or "UsageType": "Charged" to grant charges to the ability. Change the number in the line below to fit your needs.
