Changes the Bonus Attributes Blessing to work for the whole party instead of only the Watcher.

Berath's Blessing that gives +2 points on every stat now works for the whole party instead of only the Watcher.
This obviously only works for New Games, when picking the Blessings you will notice the Bonus Attributes now mention working for the whole party instead of only the Watcher.
To install:
Extract the file inside the override folder on Pillars of Eternity II\PillarsOfEternityII_Data, create the override folder if there isn't one.
