Can this be installed mid-playthough? Aloth's sheer burning hatred for everything and everyone is driving me up the wall, but I'm a fair ways into the game and really don't want to have to restart, and I'd rather not bench him for most of the game.
Ah, nice! He definitely has fewer things to react to then most, which was annoying me greatly.
I did tweak it slightly so he only has a weak response to Resourcefulness, just so I didn't feel like I was changing quite so much. Even with my mild adjustment, it should make things a little bit easier.
Now I just need a mod that preserves his dislike of tradition, but stops triggering it quite so strongly whenever people mention how they were raised. XD
Serafen: "Remaro was like a father to me. He taught me everything I know." Aloth: >:(
Ah, the trouble is, I do want him to still have a strong reaction to dialogue that's actually about cultural traditions. I just find it a bit silly that people simply stating objective facts about how they were raised upsets him so. (Xoti being taught by her family to believe certain things is a tradition Aloth can be grumpy about, but Serafen being taught a skill by a vaguely parental figure isn't something that should upset him).
There is a Pallegina Unjerk mod that does this for Pallegina. She keeps a strong response to actual pro-religion things, but stops being so ornery when people discuss hard facts about the current state of soul metaphysics. I believe the creator of that mod had to go through a bunch of dialogue to manage that adjustment though. Sounds like a headache.

You can do that in the following way:

But seriously though, thank you so much for keeping the modding scene of this game alive.
I'm looking forward to starting another playthrough with all of your new updated mods!
