It's just the standard thing for POE2 mods - unzip the folder from the zip here (it will be called "SissakRewardFix") into the "override" folder in the "PillarsOfEternityII_Data" folder (if there isn't an override folder there, make one). The "override" folder is where most Nexus mods for POE2 will go (unless they're Steam workshop mods, they go somewhere else), so you've probably got it already if you've got a mod or two from Nexus.
