They're so much more useful if a little less flexible this way. Any thoughts to giving them more useful arms and armor? I'd love to see the crew, except Beodul, in Princippi leather, but I confess, it's my favorite armor in the game by look.

Thanks for this mod. Do not know if you are still reading these comments, I was wondering if you have tried experimenting with creating your own custom crew member to see what would happen.
Do you also know what the crew personality traits even do?
I am not too experienced with modding and I do not know where to start to attempt something like this.
Good idea. Otherwise, I think if better idea will be make mod witch all crew member has no one point specialization. Without any point player can assigned everyone crew members to desire/ freely stand. Of course development specialization/ crew's ability starting from scratch.
