Hi, sorry for the late response. It was some time ago but iirc I initially made the second file the main download, but after some feedback it was agreed that the shrine bonuses should be considered food bonuses rather than forced rests and so I removed them from the "recommended" version.
Far to the north, there is a plagued ship. If you aid them, your crew later also becomes sick. Any effort to fix it seems to lead to a rest (maybe not the priest solution, don't have one). Trying to ignore it leads to losing crew and a party member.
edit: Priest fixed it, also the event timer gets reset every time you make landfall, so don't worry, I didn't suffer all that much from this :D
Amazing mod. Just tested WotEP craft and Dirty Laundry - kept all of my rest buffs. Makes it way less annoying to do a no-rest run since you can collect the buffs whenever instead of rushing to do the forced rest quests and then going back for buffs.
Unfortunately this doesn't stop repairing Whispers of Yenwood removing your rest bonuses. Apparently there are other events in the game where you repair equipment and it removes resting bonuses.
