Skalds are the most OP class in PoE2. In turn-based mode it can: 1) keep the crowd of enemies paralyzed almost constantly 2) the triple lightning spell deals a lot of damage in 2 phrases 3) a tornado that jumps between enemies and causes more than 1000 total damage in 4 phrases (using Sasha's Singing Scimitar it can be used for 2 turns in a row).
Even without a mod, he bypasses all classes of close combat.
If I wanted to edit your changes, say modify the accuracy, damage and penetration added, and maybe lower the percentage chance of gaining a phrase on a crit...

I've been looking through the file a bit and am not confident in my understanding of the coding of this game.
