Well as long as you're filling requests, I'd like a Tanking Ring. +40 to Constitution, Armor, and Defenses, and nothing else. Just something I can stick on Eder so he's nigh-unkillable without directly making the whole game cheese :)
I know nothing of modding, but from 5 minutes of looking though the mod files I can help you add the +40 Constitution.
Open the mod folder. Open beginnerringSE.gamedatabundle with notepad++ or whatever you prefer. Ctrl+F for search and type Constitution. When you find it change ""BaseValue": 1," to "BaseValue": 40,. That should do it, install the mod as you usually would.
There are only 2 lines of the word "constitution" so this is a very easy edit. Also, you can do this with all the other attributes if you wish. Good luck, have fun!
Heya all. Mod works with current version, but, it says "missing_string" in name, and also before the effects, so ends up looking like: "Missing string" (name here) "Missging string:" +20 might, .... "Missing string" (where the "story" of item is)
Great item and great work, I've tried reading the code but all I get are headaches (eh, sucks to be me I guess). Anyways, I was wondering how to adjust the immunity to not affect Inspirations and/or incoming heals. If someone could just tell me what line of code to change that'd be great, if not no worries I'll probably just delete that entire Immunity section soon.
Open up the folder ringstatuseffect.gamedatabundle (found in the folder you downloaded and extracted to the override folder in your game folder) using notepad, scroll down to the last entry (it should have the word "immunity" in the text so you'll know that's the correct part), and delete that chunk of text.
i have a problem with the mod it says health restored 20 but its not really working i thought it was and did some testing. after the end of my constant recovery ability and remove all the other health regeneration items its not working there is no health regeneration that is happening please update really love the mod
If you have the issue where it doesn't appear just type ` and then type AddItem ebdbafa1-fe62-48ea-b74c-c749310d0bc6 That will put the Magical Ring into your stash.
