A simple mod that allows a Ranger to pick No Companion.
This mod functions by replacing an existing animal companion with an "empty" animal companion and changing the stringtables. This is the most compatible way of making this modification (the alternative is getting into the PT_Ranger progression table which is far less compatible between multiple mods).
Currently I have replaced the Stag companion. If you would prefer a different companion to be replaced, I leave that modification up to you. I have, however, provided the UUIDs of the other animal companions to make things very easy. Simply open up the abilities.gamedatabundle in Notepad++ and copy and paste your preferred UUID into the ability. Save and start your game.
If you are using other Ranger modifications that modify the animal companions, you should load this mod AFTER those modifications. If you are using my Ranger Tweaks and Subclasses mod, then you do not need this.
INSTALLATION Place the "No Animal Companion" folder into your \PillarsOfEternityII_Data\override\ folder.
