Description:

This mod aims to make single-class cipher a fun and still balanced class to play on the higher difficulty level of Deadfire PoTD or with extra difficulty mods installed. 



List of Changes:

 Ascendant Base Class:
Ascended state duration base is raised to 18sec from 15 sec


Beguiler Base Class:
+7 Focus recovery from deception spell up from +5 


Soul Blade:
Max Focus penalty/level decreased to -4 from -5. But shred spell cost
reduction is still at -5.


Ability changes adjusted now for patch 1.2:



-Penetrating Visions - Cipher spell penetration increased to +2 from +1
-Mind Blades – base penetration increased to 10 from 9
-Amplified Thrust - base penetration increased to 10 from 9
-Recall Agony – base duration increased to 18 sec from 15sec
-Psychovampiric Shield – inflicts -10 resolve to target for 25sec now, self +6
 resolve for base 20sec up from -10/+5 for 20s
-Mental Binding – Paralyzed of primary target increased to 7sec base from
 6 sec base, aoe immobilize is still 10 sec base. Paralyze reworked to
 inflict -12dex to target and 50% of incoming hits on target are
 converted to crits.

-Mind Lance – base damage increase slightly to 26-32 from 22-27. base
 penetration increased to 10 from 9
-Silent Scream – foe primary target damage increased to 16-24 from 12-20.
-Wild Leech – now "leeches" random 2 inspirations from foe target by default and one additional inspiration per cipher power level

-Body Attunement – now inflicts -4 armor rating to target and buffs
 cipher armor rating by +2
-Keen Mind – now provides +20 starting focus up from +10
-Mind Plague – casting duration decreased to 0.5sec base from 3.0sec base
-Disintegration– damage increased to 260 from 240
-Stasis Shell – base duration increased to 30sec from 20sec
-Screaming Souls – reworked to affect everyone in the area of effect, not just vessels and spirits. 
-Reaping Knives – cast range increased to 5 meters, base duration increased
 to 35sec from 30sec
-Time Parasite – increased duration to 20 sec base but capped the effect
 to stack a maximum of three times – typical ranges in a game test
 where +50%-80%.
-Defensive Mindweb – base duration reduced to 9 sec but the effect will not break from any hit
 for the length of the duration.

Installation:
extract the folder in the downloadable archive into your /override folder.
