   Yeah this mod needs updating. It's not for the current game version. Do I need to do a Bug report or something?

   i have dowload mod and stay on sea for many hours but nothing happen sure work corretly?

   The Base Game Encounters used to happen every 3 days or so in the sea, Now they trigger like never just seen one in 2 hours of gameplay is there a way to make it happen more often maybe edit something in the file? thanks for the mod anyways..

      You are lucky, i only got the darts event twice and im around 60 hours or so in the game (and withouth the mod)

   Might want to release this as an optional file for your original Plain Sailing mod rather than as a new mod entry. Just a friendly suggestion.
